JEJ International Manpower Services

The JEJ INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES OR JEJ is a Philippine manpower recruitment and placement agency duly authorized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), to recruit and deploy qualified Filipino workers to various countries overseas.

The JEJ was established in 1998 by its owner, ATTY. BENEDICTO T. JAVIER, who took various courses in the Philippines and overseas, specifically in the USA and Belgium. He is a Philosopher, an Economist, a College Professor, a Public Administrator, a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and a Lawyer.

The JEJ stands for the initials of ATTY. JAVIER’s children who are: Jose, Elena and John.

The JEJ is the second recruitment agency established by ATTY. JAVIER, the first being the JAVIER INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES (JIMS) which he established in 1993. Just recently, he, helped his Hongkong and Filipino partners, to acquire the GAMMON INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY, INC (GAMMON), in which he held majority of the shares, and over which he acted as the Chairman of the Board, the President and Chief Executive Officer. This shows the length and extensive experience of the JEJ management and staff in the manpower industry.

The JEJ’’s original market includes Taiwan, Hongkong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

At present, the JEJ is focused on deploying Filipino skilled and professional workers to WESTERN countries, such as, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. It continues to serve good and reliable clients in Taiwan and has sustainable market in Singapore, a highly regarded “first-world-country” in Asia.

In line with the JEJ’s corporate expansion program, the JEJ has recently established two (2) support companies, namely: the JEJ IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES (JINS) and the JEJ-DA ASSESSMENT AND TRAINING CENTER INC.(JEJ-DA)

The WINS provides immigration consultancy services for Filipinos intending to migrate to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA, or to secure for them, appropriate visas (i.e.student, holiday and work, investor, employer sponsorship), leading to obtaining residency in the countries of their preference.

The JEJ-DA Training center is established, bearing the slogan: “TRAIN AND GO”, to train applicants / workers, as well as to develop, enhance and upgrade their skills to conform with the requisite standards of western employers vis-à-vis their respective government’s labor policies and long-term labor shortage list, with the end in view that anyone who undergoes training through the JEJ-DA will board the plane to their desired

WESTERN COUNTRY.

The JEJ is firmly guided by the principles of Hard work, Dedication, Honesty and Efficiency, in rendering services to satisfy the demands of its foreign principals. It is committed to sustain this business-philosophy to foster INTEGRITY and BUSINESS DIPLOMACY.
